Improvements and bug fixes released related to copy-pasting users and user roles to Apps and User Access Reviews.
- Imported user roles can now be either on new lines, separated by commas, or both. The import process identifies the cases automatically.
- Fixed a bug preventing the import of a user if they had the same e-mail address as the app owner.

Improvements released to Squarum notifications engine:
- New notification type added: get notified when an Access Review is completed.
- New structure and improved content of the notification. This makes the notification easier to read. The notification includes always a link to Squarum and to the related App or Access Review.
- Default notifications changed. When creating an app, the default notifications (enabled) are:
- Access review status changed to Finished (notify Owner)
- Access review status changed to Completed (notify Owner and Admins)
- Access review status changed to Completed and Access revoked for users (notify Owner)

Minor improvements related to notifications management.
- A list of revoked users can be sent by email automatically. The notification email can be sent to admins and/or app owners. You may choose whether the list will be sent when the Access review is Finished or Completed.

Multiple improvements in managing evidences, attachments, and reporting of the access review results.
- Uploading multiple attachments simultaneously is now supported.
- Drag-and-drop one or more attachment is also supported.
- Maximum attachment size is 50MB. All file types are supported.
- Uploaded file name is shown in the Attachments table.
- Downloading a ZIP report of the access review results with all the attachments included is now supported. This access review report can be given to the auditors.

- When creating an app and selecting the App Owner, an browser application error was caused in some cases.
- When importing multiple user roles/permissions to a user, these were not correctly shown on the Reviewer Portal.

Today we have released a major update to the Squarum User Access Review Platform.
The release includes:
- Release of the 1st version of the App Owner Portal.
- App Owner role added as a key role in all Access Reviews.
- Streamlined the whole process of the Access Review.
- Added a new step to the User Access Review process: ‘Set up’. This is the second step when creating a new User Access Review and includes all preparation tasks like adding users and reviewers. When the set up phase is ready, the Access Review can be activated.

- Minor usability improvements to the Access Review feature. We have added the step bar to indicate the progress of a review. The steps are simplified and the overall process is easy to manage.
