Completing a User Access Review

Overview

  1. Completing a User Access Review can be done either from the Admin Console or the App Owner Portal.
  2. When completed an email is automatically sent to Admins and App Owners.

How to complete a User Access Review?

Navigate to the User Access Review and click the ‘Complete review’ button.

Autogenerating the final report

When the User Access Review has been completed, a final PDF report is generated automatically including the user table with roles, review result, review time stamp, and who performed the review.

The system created report can be found from the ‘Attachments’ tab.

Uploading attachments and evidence

Navigate to the User Access Review and ‘Attachments’ tab.

  • Click ‘Add attachments’ and upload all evidence required. You can upload one or more files at once.
  • Attachments, files and evidence can be uploaded at all stages of the Access Review.
  • Maximum attachment size is 50MB.
  • All file types are supported.
  • Uploaded file name is shown in the Attachments table.
  • You may add a description to the uploaded file.

When the Access Review is completed, a summary report (result.pdf) is generated automatically of the Access Review results. It is available for download from the Attachments table.

Creating a report for the auditors

Navigate to the Attachments table and click ‘Download all’ button to create a ZIP-file which includes all uploaded attachments.

When the User Access Review has been completed, you can check all the assigned users to the app and their review result also from the App-Users Tab.

You can remove the users from the app using the Recycle Bin icon.  All removed users can be found from the ‘All users’-dropdown by selecting ‘Removed users’.
